Production Supervisor (Male/Female)

Faurecia Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring one full-time Production Supervisor in Písek, South Bohemia, Czechia. The role operates on a three-shift pattern and pays CZK 40,000–70,000 per month. You will manage several Autonomous Production Groups (GAPs), lead a team of 15–25 operators, ensure QCDP targets are met, oversee day-to-day production, resolve problems, and support and deputise for GAP leaders. Responsibilities include daily contact with the team, planning shifts and training, evaluating performance, maintaining discipline and compliance with occupational health and safety rules, and continuously developing employees’ skills. You will also participate actively in improvement activities such as PSG, 5S and TPM, communicate with other supervisors and management, lead HSE activities, train new operators and report on performance.
