Production Team Leader (Male/Female)

Autoneum CZ s.r.o. is recruiting three Production Team Leaders in Bor, Czechia, for full-time, fixed-term employment in a three-shift operation. Pay starts at CZK 50,976 per month. The vacancies are listed for Employee Card applications. Accommodation is not provided. Telephone contact is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:30. You will organize assigned production workstations and ensure the production plan is met, lead your team in carrying out production activities according to work instructions, and support team development. Responsibilities include improving efficiency and productivity, checking documentation, material availability and the quality of manufactured parts, and working with maintenance on breakdowns, repairs, upkeep and equipment optimization in line with technological and production processes. You should be a natural leader who can motivate a team, allocate work effectively, set clear priorities and communicate clearly between management and production staff. Requirements include Microsoft Office skills, willingness to work three shifts, resilience under pressure, responsibility, the ability to identify and develop talent, and experience complying with automotive standards. SAP and MES knowledge is an advantage. A willing attitude, flexibility, initiative, independence and a sense of order are also expected.
