Team Leader

Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech, s.r.o. is recruiting a Team Leader in Pardubice, in the Pardubice Region of Czechia. There is one full-time position in a continuous-operation shift pattern, with pay starting at CZK 38,700 per month. The Team Leader plans, manages and coordinates the work of staff within their department. Responsibilities include evaluating and processing statistical data on quality status and material preparation at individual process stages. The role also involves training staff in inspection activities and the operation of inspection equipment, and contributing to the development of work instructions related to the inspection process.
