General Nurse

ALZHEIMER HOME z.ú. is seeking a General Nurse in Svoboda nad Úpou, in the Hradec Králové Region of Czechia. The role involves providing basic and specialized nursing care to clients with dementia, administering medication as prescribed by a physician, monitoring treatment effects, assessing clients’ health and maintaining medical records. You will collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social care workers. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients’ families, educating them about the progression of the illness and ways to provide support, supporting clients’ cognitive functions and involving them in stimulating activities. Safety, hygiene and ethical patient care standards must be observed. There is one full-time position available, with a two-shift schedule and pay starting at CZK 35,275 per month.
