Deputy Shift Supervisor

ACL Anodizing s.r.o. is hiring one full-time Deputy Shift Supervisor in Jablonec nad Nisou, Liberec Region, Czechia. The role operates on a three-shift schedule and pays CZK 30,000–50,000 per month. Responsibilities include directing, organizing and checking the work of other material handling workers, entering required data into production records and the QAD system, with training provided, and coordinating production line operations with the Shift Supervisor. You will also organize workplace cleaning at the end of each shift and pass all necessary production information to the next shift. Applicants must have conversational Czech, organizational skills, manual dexterity, a clean criminal record and a willingness to work three shifts. Teamwork, a responsible approach and aptitude for visual inspection are also required. Benefits include a recruitment bonus of up to CZK 20,000, paid after successful completion of the fixed-term employment period, and enhanced overtime premiums of 50% for Saturday work and 100% for Sunday work.
