The Department distinguishes renewal and employer-change permissions from new quota-consuming grants. Confirm the exact procedure; do not present every change as a new quota application.

No. The Department says the unit is used at the grant decision. A pending case may therefore need the conditions applicable after exhaustion.

What salary conditions are stated after quota exhaustion?
The notice gives EUR 2,893.68 gross monthly at 1.2 BDU, or EUR 2,411.40 at 1 BDU for a qualifying high-value-added shortage occupation. Salary alone is not approval.
