In my career I have worked on various positions. From First Level Support, over the Network Designer, CEE Regional IT Manager, all of these positions required the thorough knowledge of technology both in Software as well in Hardware. I have gained there a practical experience of dealing with suppliers and vendors as well as with internal customers. In these cases, ability to guide non-technical person to perform some task is a must. I do have analytical skills, so support and troubleshooting performed remotely is effective even with people who suffer from lack of the knowledge. I am swift learner, hard-working, self-driven and self-motivated professional with a task to finish in the mind. Since practically all of my previous posts required communication in English, I am able to communicate in English both written and spoken fluently. I am punctual.
