About the role
This role supports a manufacturing site in Prachatice with high-volume recruitment for machinery and operational roles. The focus is practical, hands-on recruiting, working closely with hiring managers and operations to deliver timely hiring outcomes.
The role is onsite and operational in nature. It is suited to someone comfortable working in a production environment and managing continuous hiring demand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and machinery roles
- Work closely with hiring managers, site leadership, HR and TA to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Create and post job advertisements using agreed templates and branding
- Manage incoming applications and screen candidates against role requirements
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, direct sourcing and local channels
- Present shortlists to hiring managers and support decision-making
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Ensure a professional and respectful candidate experience
- Support onboarding coordination where required
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and other systems
- Provide regular hiring updates and basic recruitment reporting
- Stay aware of local labour market conditions and competitor activity
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time
- Comfortable working closely with operations and production teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite in Prachatice
- Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Confident using ATS and recruitment systems
- Reliable, self-motivated and delivery-focused
Advantageous experience
- Volume recruitment in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience recruiting blue-collar or shift-based roles
- Familiarity with rural or regional labour markets
